For the concrete pre-cast buildings, the concrete pre-cast tiles of the roof need a special system of natural lighting and ventilation applied through fixtures at their side legs, and they also offers an electrostatic powder painting with polyester resin finishing.

It is really a pre-fabricated clerestory made of rectangular steel tubes, with such a design that fit between two pre-cast tiles that supports one or two lines of Comovent louvers on their sides; the gap between them is covered by transversal Brasilvic tiles arch tilted.
The steel framework was developed to maximize the performance, economy and the efficiency of the equipament.
